SERVICE 1
Caregiver support
Caregivers are among the most selfless people in the world. and among the most at risk of quiet, invisible suffering. If you're caring for someone with complex needs, this service was created for you.
With over a decade of hospice and palliative care experience, I understand caregiving from the inside. I've sat with families navigating terminal diagnoses, anticipatory grief, impossible decisions, and the particular exhaustion that comes from loving someone through their hardest chapter. That background informs everything I do in this work.

SERVICE 2
Parents of children with special needs
Raising a child with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, or any complex developmental or medical condition is one of the most demanding and most underacknowledged forms of parenting. The love is fierce. The exhaustion is real. And the support is rarely enough.
I am a parent of a child with Down syndrome. I understand what it means to receive a diagnosis that reshapes everything you imagined for your family's future. I know the IEP meetings, the navigating of systems that weren't built for your child, the hypervigilance, the joy that coexists with grief, and the feeling of being deeply misunderstood by people who haven't lived it. That shared experience is not a footnote in my practice; it is central to how I show up for my clients.
This is a space where you don't have to explain yourself. You can talk about how hard it is without worrying that it sounds like you don't love your child. Because of course you do. That's exactly why it's hard.

SERVICE 3
Burnout, anxiety & overwhelm
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. If you've been functioning on fumes, getting through each day but not really living it; that's worth addressing now, not later.
Burnout is not a character flaw. It's what happens when the demands placed on you consistently outpace your capacity to recover. Anxiety is not weakness. It's often the natural result of carrying too much responsibility, for too long, with too little support. If you're here, some part of you already knows things can't keep going the way they have been.
We work together to understand what's driving your symptoms, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that fit into your actual life, not an idealized version of it.
